Technologies Resolver Group

The group assists the University in providing information technology support for FLS hosted services, developing applications and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FLS hosted services.

The Technology Resolver Group is integral to the delivery of Financial and Legal Services' objectives. The group provides information technology support for FLS controlled services.

The scope of this support involves:

  • directing Financial and Legal Services' information technology and systems strategy
  • providing technical advice and support
  • providing first line hardware and software support
  • management of technical support for:
    • The corporate finance and human resources system (SAP)
    • The accommodation system
    • PayOnline system
    • Recurring Card Payments system
    • Met Card
  • responsibility for the research, development and maintenance of numerous web-based online systems (including these web pages)
