A range of flexible payment options, plus information on other funding sources
At Manchester Met we recognise that students need flexibility when paying fees so we provide a range of payment options to suit everyone.
This page is for students who are paying their own fees. If you have a tuition fee loan, employer/sponsor funding, or other source of funding, please see the Loans, Grants and Other Funding page.

Please tell your bank that you will be responsible for any bank charges. This is to ensure that your bank sends us the correct amount.
Please be aware if you do not tell us what you are paying for when you make your payment, we will allocate your payment clearing the oldest balances on your account first.
Course fees are due in full before your course starts, unless you agree an instalment plan. The main instalment options offered by Manchester Met are Direct Debit and Auto Card Pay.
New International students must make an initial payment of £3000. The easiest and quickest way to pay your initial payment is by credit/debit card online or through Flywire.
If your course starts in September, you will have the option to join the Direct Debit or Auto Card Pay scheme during your online enrolment.
Setting up a Direct Debit allows Manchester Met to automatically take payments from a nominated UK bank account on set dates.
Auto Card Pay is an alternative way to pay your fees in instalments. Regular automatic credit or debit card payments can be made by registering a card, cardholder's email address and contact details. This ensures your account is never overdue. Automatic reminder emails are sent to the cardholder 5 days prior to the payment dates and again after the payment has been collected.
For 2020/21, the standard tuition fee Direct Debit and Auto Card Pay instalment dates are:
23rd October 2020
15th January 2021
29th April 2021
